Green Realtor collaborates on greening ADA homes

 

"About two years ago, I attended a Social Media class hosted by a title company....Apparently, an attendee heard what I said about ActiveRain because he stopped me as I was leaving the class. You see, he too was a member of ActiveRain! We chatted briefly and I learned that he specialized in understanding disability features in homes. I chatted about my specialty in homes with energy efficient features. For us it was interesting as we both shared unique niches in real estate and were also members of ActiveRain."

"The patio home project will have disability features AND have green features. This is a huge win for both of us. But it wouldn’t be a win for me if Mike hadn’t seen the "value” in what my knowledge brings to the table."
